First published in 1960 by the Astronomical Society of the Pacific, astronomer Curt Roslund of Lund Observatory, Sweden and in asociated with the Warner and Swasey Observatory, Roslund's paper: "Remarks on Some New and Some Known Galactic Clusters", list seven open star clusters all discovered spectroscopically from a study of high luminosity stars.
The amateur astronomer will find many 'Roslund' objects listed on star atlases and observing guides.

All of the 'Roslund' objects are unique objects, not listed in any other prior catalog. Roslund clusters can be found along the Summer Milky-Way in Cygnus, Sagitta, and Vulpecula.

On the left side of the webpage is my personal observation list of the
'Roslund' catalog of star clusters'.

I currently have video-observed all 7 objects from my Pittsburgh, PA latitude of around +40.

Hope you enjoyed the visit. Come again soon!
