The 'Bochum' Star Cluster Catalog of 15 objects comes from a UBVRI CCD photometry study of young OB stellar associations / open star clusters made in 1977 by astronomers at the The Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany.
The amateur astronomer will find many 'Bochum' objects listed on star atlases and observing guides.

All of the 'Bochum' objects are are unique objects, not listed in any other prior catalog. Bochum clusters can be found along the Winter Milky-Way in Gemini, Monoceros, and Puppis, with a couple in the Summer Constellations of Scorpius and Sagittarius.

On the left side of the webpage is my personal observation list of the
'Bochum' catalog of star clusters'.

I currently have all possible nine objects visible from my Pittsburgh, PA latitude of around +40.
(six objects never rise above the horizon)

Hope you enjoyed the visit. Come again soon!
